JeanRichard Proudly Presents Aquascope Lady Night Diving Watch

Jan 18, 2011
The new JeanRichard Aquascope Lady Night diving watch is clearly aimed at active women, who love to explore the sea bed.

A subtle balancing act between enthralling design and peerless functionality, the new JeanRichard watch comes packaged in a signature “Aquascope” case, performed in the shape of the cushion.

Rendered in stainless steel, it exposes polished and satin-finished surfaces. The case features the dimensions of 44.50 mm x 40.00 mm. It is built to be water-resistant up to 300 meters.

The body of the timepiece is outlined by a round bi-directional rotating bezel, sculptured in aluminum. The bezel securely holds a high quality sapphire crystal, coated with anti-reflective treatment.

The case is equipped with two perfectly made crowns. The first is meant for adjusting the indications, while the other one, facing it, serves to lock in place the aforementioned rotating bezel.

Marked with dark and light Arabic numerals, the bezel forms a noble frame around a black background of the dial. Adorned with a sunburst satin-brushed finish, it boasts eight gorgeous diamonds, acting as hour-markers.

At 6 and 9 o’clock, the display features black rectangular indices, outlined in white. They are kept company by an oversized Arabic numeral at 12 o’clock. The index at 3 o’clock is reduced in size and joined by a date aperture.

The dial of the new Aquascope Lady Night diving watch is swept over by obvious hour and minutes hands. They are supported by a slender seconds hand, finalized by a red and white arrow. The hands are generously inlaid with Superluminova compound, which ensures optimum legibility in dim underwater conditions.

Animating the functions described is the manufactory-made self-winding caliber JR1000 movement. It measures 25.94 mm in diameter and incorporates 27 jewels. The mechanism operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 48-hour power reserve.

Sporty, yet refined, the new JeanRichard watch is worn on a black fabric strap, which joins to a stainless steel folding buckle.
