The JeanRichard watch features two crowns located at 3 and 9 o’clock. The screw-locked crown at 3 o’clock is to be used for watch-winding, date-correction and time-setting. The crown at 9 o’clock is to be used for changing the city indication.
The timepiece is fitted with a special mechanism to allow you quickly adjust the hour hand independently from the movement as a whole. You simply have to press the two pushers positioned along the left-hand side of the case. You have to press the + or – pusher to move the hour hand forwards or backwards, so you can quickly adjust the local time with no need to take your watch from the wrist.
The case of the 2TimeZones watch represents a shaped round inside a square. It measures 43mm in diameter and is crafted from 18K pink gold. The sapphire case-back is secured with 4 screws. The watch is 100-meter water-resistant.
The silvered or black dial reveals the satin sunburst effect to offer optimum time reading. It is completed with pink gold applique indexes coated with luminescent substance and a big Arabic ‘12’. The pink gold plated hands are arrow-shaped and also coated with luminescent substance. The dial is protected by convex, colorless anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
The timepiece is equipped with the JR1060, a self-winding mechanical movement with the GMT complication. The movement operates at a frequency of 28, 800 vibrations per hour. It provides a 48-hour power-reserve.
The JeanRichard 2TimeZones watch is secured to the wrist on a black or brown alligator leather strap fitted with an 18K pink gold and stainless steel folding buckle.
