
The new Jaeger-LeCoultre watch is set in a round-shaped 44mm case, sculptured in ceramic and titanium. It thickness is 15.2mm. The case is submersible to 50 meters. On the front it is assembled with a convex glare-proofed sapphire crystal.
The well-balanced dial is performed in blue, grey and orange - the colors of the Aston Martin LMP1 racing car. It is completed with Arabic numerals, hour and minute central hands, which are rhodium-plated and inlaid with white Superluminova compound.
The face of the new Jaeger-LeCoultre AMVOX 5 World Chronograph LMP1 watch also offers a power reserve display with three orange hands and a date indication at 6 o’clock.
The chronograph functionality is assured through a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour sub-dial at 9 o’clock and a central seconds hand. The fourth central hand is in charge of the GMT function. It points to the names of the cities arrayed on the extremity of the dial.
All the functions are brought to life by a self-winding Jaeger-LeCoultre 752 movement, assembled in the brand’s workshops. It incorporates a rose-gold rotor. The caliber comprises 279 individual parts, including 41 jewels. It runs at the rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 65-hour power reserve.
The new Jaeger-LeCoultre watch is worn on a black calfskin and Cordura strap, finalized by a steel folding clasp.
