Raymond Weil's New Boutique in Bulgaria

Sep 25, 2009
The relationship between the renowned watchmaker Raymond Weil and Bulgaria has a long history. Twenty years ago this brand was the first Swiss watch-making house to start its activity on the market of this country. Today, Raymond Weil is proud to establish its new flagship boutique, which will definitely fortify the brand's position on the fast growing market.

Watch enthusiasts will be offered a great opportunity to marvel Raymond Weil's latest collections in the brand's exclusive store, located at 46 Vitosha Boulevard, which is a chic shopping street in the center of Sofia.

Developed by Raymond Weil's architect-decorator, the boutique's elegant, futuristic design perfectly matches the Geneva brand's values of independence, boldness, modernity and innovation. It is created in full conformity with the architectural style of all Raymond Weil boutiques, located in different parts of the world.

The new store, inaugurated in Sofia, is equipped with a huge display-window, which opens the view to its inside and enables the visitors to enjoy the decorative materials, created by craftsmen.

These materials duplicate those of the timepieces themselves, heating the guests imagination.

One of the key focal points in this well-lit interior is a warm-toned area, where the visitors can admire Raymond Weil's unique watches without being disturbed.

The official opening of the new Raymond Weil boutique took place on September 16th, 2009.

A member of the family brand's board of directors, Monsieur Pierre Bernheim, was welcoming special guests with leading cultural figures among them. This significant event was attended by Mr. Evgeni Minchev, public chronicler and producer; M. Dimitar Tsonev, CEO of the National TV Channel 1; Ms. Gloria, Pop Folk singer; Mme Ania Pencheva, actress; M. Michail Belchev, poet and current Director of the National Library, and M. Duet Riton, pop singer.
