Jaeger-LeCoultre Movement Inside Alfred Dunhill Classic Watch

Jul 23, 2009
The Atmos clock for Alfred Dunhill by Jaeger-LeCoultre has been successfully followed by several timepieces as a part of an ongoing partnership.

One of them is A. Dunhill Classic watch animated by a Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 896 movement. This extremely thin, measuring about 4 mm, automatic Calibre 896 movement exposes a seconds sub-dial. It also reveals ceramic ball bearings.

The movement design is represented by an appealing minimalism coupled with classic charm, which, in its turn, is expressed in coated hour markers and machine engraved dial.

This Dunhill Classic watch case, sculptured in an 18k white or rose gold, measures 38mm in width. The seconds sub-dial features a clean polished finish, which assists in opening up the dial as well as creates a functional looking area.

The watch is accompanied by thick black or brown alligator straps.
