Rolex unveiled its two novel Cosmograph Daytona luxury timekeeping companions at Baselworld 2009. Both models’ cases, sculptured in polished 18k white gold, boast a diameter of 40 mm. Each of them exposes two rows of diamonds, blue enamel Arabic numerals, a dial paved with diamonds or diamonds and rubies with a diamond-set dial.
The new Daytona’s models are animated by the in-house manufactured caliber 4130 automatic chronograph movement, which comprises 290 parts and is set with 44 jewels.
The timepieces offer a power reserve of 72 hours. Each of the models has received a COSC certificate.
The water-resistance of the watches is down to 30 meters. Both versions are accompanied by a standard leather strap fitted with a clasp.
