Jaeger-LeCoultre and Leonardo DiCaprio: It's Time to Care

Jul 14, 2008
Jaeger-LeCoultre has partnered with Leonardo DiCaprio, having initiated 'Time to Care' program to support the Leonardo DiCaprio Fund at the California Community Foundation.

To raise funds for the Foundation, Jaeger-LeCoultre will put on sale two unique watches this Fall. The first timepiece is an exclusive Master Compressor Extreme LAB watch that embellished the wrist of Leonardo DiCaprio during the premiere of his documentary, 'The 11th Hour.' The amazing timepiece is estimated at 300,000 US dollars.

The second watch to be offered for sale is a unique edition of the Reverso Gyrotourbillon 2. It is estimated at 400,000 US dollars. The timepiece incorporates the first-ever spherical tourbillon. It will become the first timepiece in the Reverso Gyrotourbillon 2 line to be distributed in world.

All the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Leonardo DiCaprio Fund at the California Community Foundation to support its environmental programs all around the world. The watches will be offered exclusively at the new Jaeger-LeCoultre Boutiques located in Boca Raton and Beverly Hills to be open this Fall.
