Century Prime Time Egos GMT Chronograph for Summer

Jun 11, 2008
Century has created a new variation of the Prime Time Egos GMT Chronograph destined for men and women who would like to wear a timepiece of exclusive beauty and functionality designed specially for summer time. The 18K red gold case features an eye-pleasing white dial and strap.

The twelve-sided sapphire case of the Century watch measures 42 mm in diameter. The transparent cade-back is framed in 18K red gold allowing to admire the watch movement ticking inside. The watch provides the COSC-certified chronograph and GMT functions. You will find the date aperture at 3 o'clock. The largest sub-dial displays the seconds, while the smaller two feature the hour and the minutes respectively.

The elegant timepiece is secured to the wrist on a white alligator strap fitted with 18K red gold deployment clasp.
Thanks to its body, the hardest substance after diamond, a CENTURY timepiece easily stands the test of time and retains its distinctive beauty day after day, year after year.

It is interesting to mention that Century watch cases are entirely crafted from indestructible Century sapphire. The Century watchmakers developed an exclusive process that allows to permanently bond the sapphire case middle to the sapphire crystal resulting in a single unit called a monolith. Then, the monolith is meticulously cut and polished by hand. Due to the unique process, Century watches boast cases revealing original and elegant shapes with multiple facets.
