New Hublot Big Bang

Aug 13, 2007
Hublot Big Bang King Porto Cervo, the brand's 2007 novelty, is the largest watch in the iconic Big Bang watch collection. The case of the watch crafted in red gold measures 48 mm in diameter. The designers of the timepiece opted for the extremely light and luminous color particularly appreciated by ladies.

The Hublot Big Bang King Porto Cervo is created in the distinctive style of a diver's watch, still it is elegant enough to wear it anywhere you go, not just underwater. The timepiece is instantly recognizable as the Hublot Big Bang due to its signature design reflected not only through the fusion of materials but also the watch's sporty yet refined style.

The look of the Hublot watch is further enhanced by the red gold numerals smartly inserted into the unidirectional rotating bezel crafted in white ceramic. The Hublot specialists applied an innovative process to cast the gold in recesses hollowed out of the ceramic.

To offer perfect readability, the sapphire crystal of the Hublot Big Bang has been provided with interior anti-reflection treatment. The Hublot designers chose white composite resin to make the lugs and lateral inserts of the model. The red gold crown of the timepiece is equipped with natural white rubber insert. The solid back of the Hublot watch is executed in red gold. It features the distinctive BIG BANG KING engraved seal. Designed as a diver's watch, Hublot Big Bang King Porto Cervo boasts 300-meter water-resistance.

The matt white dial of the Hublot watch sports applique luminescent index markers, dial- train and black numerals. The luminescent hands of the timepiece are sand-blasted and faceted. The seconds hand is accentuated in red and designed with white luminescent triangle and H-shaped counterpoise. The calendar function is displayed in a rectangular aperture positioned at 3 o'clock.

The heart of the Hublot Big Bang is a mechanical with automatic winding movement, in-house HUB21 calibre. The mechanism has incorporated 180 components, including 23 rubies. The polished bridges of the movement with chamfered edges have been satin-finished. The diver's watch offers the advantage of 42-hour power reserve.

The Hublot Big Bang King Porto Cervo embraces the wrist with adjustable smooth natural white rubber strap. The strap features the Hublot logo and is equipped with red gold deployant clasp.

The perfect proportions of the Hublot Big Bang make it ideally suitable for wearing on slender as well as larger wrists.

Make sure to read once again through the major characteristics of the Hublot watch:
