Hublot Big Bang for the Mexican Football Federation

Having acted as a sponsor of the Swiss football team and having partnered EURO 08, Hublot has continuously demonstrated its commitment to the world of football. Now the brand has created a Hublot Big Bang exclusively for the Mexican Football Federation.

The Swiss luxury watchmaker came to Mexico on 3rd December to officialize the partnership, thus building closer links to all the Mexican football clubs. The Hublot Big Bang developed for the Mexican Football Federation was presented to the President of the Federation, Justino Compean, and to trainer, Hugo Sanchez, at a special ceremony, with a great number of Mexican football celebrities, media and politics among the guests.

It is not a secret Mexico is a football-loving country, and a lot of Mexican people are Hublot fans. No wonder, the 250 individually numbered Hublot Big Bang watches have immediately become objects of desire.

The matt black dial of the Hublot black chronograph features the Mexican Football Federation's logo in the counter at 9 o'clock. You will also notice the green indices and numerals suggested by the colors of the country. The flag of Mexico is presented emblazoned across the lateral insert.

The Hublot logo is traditionally found at 12 o'clock. The calendar function is presented through a trapezoid aperture positioned at 4.30.

The case of the Hublot Big Bang, crafted in satin-finish black ceramic, measures 44.5 mm in diameter. The black ceramic bezel has 6 H-shaped titanium screws. The sapphire crystal is provided with interior anti-reflection treatment, the same as the titanium with sapphire crystal case back. The timepiece boasts 100-meter water-resistance.

In the heart of the Hublot Big Bang there beats the mechanical chronograph with automatic winding movement - Calibre Hublot HUB44 developed in cooperation with La Joux-Perret. The mechanism comprises 252 parts. It offers 42-hour power reserve.
