The complex octagonal case construction of the new Clerc watch incorporates 103 parts. It is crafted from steel and measures 44.6 mm in diameter. It is built with the brand’s exclusive crown-activated rotating bezel mechanism and an automatic helium valve.
The case houses an automatic movement - Calibre C606. Operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, the 28-jewel movement offers a 45-hour power reserve. The bevelled bridges of the mechanism are embellished with Cotes-de-Geneve motif and blued screws.
The movement animates the following functions: hours, minutes, seconds, date, dual time-zone display and power-reserve indicator.
The extreme-readability multilayer dial, with brightly-green accents, shows off the second time zone at 12 o’clock, the power-reserve indicator disc at 6 o’clock and the date window at 3 o’clock. It is shielded by a sapphire crystal with anti-glare treatment.
The Clerc Hydroscaph Steel GMT watch is secured to the wrist on a crocodile-patterned rubber strap equipped with a folding clasp.
