The new Hublot watch is delivered in a 44mm carbon fibre case. Its imposing bezel is produced from the same material and bolted down to the case with 6 H-shaped black PVD-treated titanium screws. The top of the case is covered by a red sapphire crystal with Hublot transfer.
The model’s lugs are done in black composite resin. The same material is employed in manufacturing of the lateral inserts. At 3 o’clock, the case features a satin-finished winding crown with a black rubber insert. At 2 o’clock, it is joined by a satin-finished black push-piece, touched with a red lacquered accent.
The carbon fiber case-back is also fitted with a sapphire crystal and marked with a “20th Anniversary of Ferrari in China” inscription. The water-resistance of the model is assured down to 100 meters.
The new Hublot Big Bang Chrono Tourbillon Ferrari watch shows off a matt black dial with black nickel indexes as well as faceted and polished hands. Alongside with the basic functions, the dial offers a red 60-minute counter, a chrono minute sub-dial and a power-reserve indicator. The undeniable highlight of the display is the tourbillon mechanism in an opening at 6 o’clock.
Driving the functions is a HUB 6300 column-wheel chronograph movement, built on 35 jewels. Linked to the tourbillon, it comprises 269 individual parts. The caliber incorporates a circular-grained black gold main plate, a Glucydur hairspring and carbon fiber bridges. The mechanism supplies a respectable power reserve of 120 hours.
The new Hublot watch is attached to an adjustable black rubber and black Porosus Hornback crocodile strap with red stitching. It joins to a Big Bang micro-blasted black PVD-treated titanium deployant buckle. The model is offered in a limited edition of 20 individually numbered pieces.
