The new Hermes pocket watch is set in a 43.2mm case, crafted from 750 (18ct) white gold. Its top and bottom are assembled with glare-proofed sapphire crystals. The case handles the depth of up to 30 meters.
Beating at the heart of the model is a self-winding mechanical movement - Hermes H1928 calibre. It measures 25.6 mm in diameter and is 3.5 mm thick. The movement is composed of 220 individual parts, including 32 jewels. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
Adorned with an exclusive Hermes motif, the caliber incorporates hand-chamfered and polished bridges, an oscillating weight in 916 (22ct) gold as well as a series-coupled twin barrel, which supplies a 55-hour power reserve.
The new Hermes Arceau Pocket Promenade de Longchamp watch comes equipped with a natural grey-blue mother-of-pearl dial. It shows off an equestrian scene. The latter is depicted by using a relief modeling technique: the carriage, horses and protagonists are engraved on two juxtaposed gold plates. The display ensures central hours and minutes.
The new Hermes watch is mounted on a matt Havana brown alligator leather cord-strap.
