It is the watchmaking house Porsche Design, which thirty years ago redefined the frontiers of technical accomplishment by unveiling the first chronograph watch, sculptured in titanium. The famous brand doesn’t rest on its laurels and now it is delighted to present a new interpretation of the acclaimed model. The novel Heritage P’6530 watch remains faithful to the brand’s identifying feature: it is entirely clothed in shot-blasted titanium, highly resistant to corrosion.
Similar to its legendary predecessor, the new Porsche Design watch is characterized by pure lines and integrated push-pieces. The only thing, which sets this timepiece apart, is the diameter of its case, increased to 44 mm. Generous in size, the watch, however, is just as comfortable to wear due to the extreme lightness of titanium.
At the heart of this horological creation beats a self-winding movement - Valjoux 7750 calibre, which received the official COSC certificate. Paved with 25 jewels, the mechanism provides a 48-hour power reserve. The movement animates the functions of hours, minutes, seconds, day, date, as well as those of chronograph and tachometer.
The front side of the Heritage P’6530 watch is protected by an anti-glare sapphire crystal. Making scratches virtually non-existent, it features a printed tachometer scale. Water-resistant to a depth of 60 meters, the case also exposes a numbered back.
The black dial of the attractive Porsche Design watch is completed with baton hour-markers, central hour and minute hands along with luminescent counters. The display also includes the day and date apertures, positioned at 3 o’clock.
The Porsche Design Heritage P’6530 watch is teamed with a shot-blasted titanium bracelet, which terminates in a folding clasp, manufactured from the same material.
