The new TW Steel diver’s watches have been created in a variety of case and strap materials as well as dial interpretations.
The models presented have adopted 316L stainless steel cases, which reveal 18K rose gold-plated surface. The case of the TW 93 watch measures 45 mm in diameter, while that of the TW 76 model boasts a diameter of 48 mm.
Each timepiece features a screw-in case-back as well as a screw-down crown. Its imposing case is outlined by a unidirectional bezel, equipped with a 60-minute scale. The case of every timepiece is capable of withstanding water pressures down to 100 meters.
The novel TW Steel Grandeur Diving Chronographs show hours, minutes and seconds. The essential functions are complimented by those of chronograph and date. The chronograph function provides the accuracy of 1/20th of a second. All the temporal indications are driven by a battery-powered OS25 quartz movement made by Miyota.
This array of useful features is displayed on a dial, performed in black or white. It is completed with oversized Arabic numerals and a tachymeter scale. Set within the dial are chronograph counters, located at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock.
They are kept company by the date aperture, nestled between 4 and 5 o’clock. The faces of both TW 93 and TW 76 watches are covered with a reinforced sapphire-layered mineral crystal, which helps to avoid the risk of scratching.
Each model is teamed with a screwed-in silicon rubber strap, finished with a buckle, which makes a fine match with the case. Alternatively, the timepieces can be accessorized with metal bracelets.
The new TW Steel watches will definitely appeal to watch enthusiasts with bigger wrists, who prefer unfailing reliability and are firmly attached to expressing their individuality.
