This year, the famous Tourist Trophy Isle of Man races celebrate the 100th anniversary. An official timing partner of the event, Graham marked this occasion by launching its new Silverstone Tourist Trophy Limited Edition watch.
A typical high-powered racing instrument, the new Graham watch comes packaged in a 47mm case. It is rendered in black PVD-treated steel. The case is encircled by a steel bezel with a "Clous de Paris" pattern and a tachymeter scale.
The case reveals black PVD-treated steel right hand control pushers with "Clous de Paris" high grip decoration. The front side of the model is shielded by a domed sapphire crystal with internal and external glare-proofed coating. The timepiece also features a smoked see-through sapphire crystal case-back engraved with a limited edition serial number. The case is built to be 100-meter water-resistant.
At the heart of the new Graham Silverstone Tourist Trophy Limited Edition watch is beating a self-winding bi-compax chronograph movement - calibre G1734. Paved with 27 jewels, the mechanism runs at the rate of 28,880 vibrations per hour and supplies a 48-hour power reserve. It is also endowed with the Incabloc shock protection system.
The movement breathes life into an array of functions, displayed on a black carbon dial. It boasts indexes and hands, highlighted with white Superluminova. The watch face ensures central hours and minutes.
Moreover, it offers a black snailed minutes counter with silver ring at 3 o'clock and a red seconds counter at 9 o'clock. The latter, equipped with a yellow hand, represents the TT Isle of Man coat of arms. Another point of attraction is a centralized chronograph seconds hand in red. The date indication appears at 7 o’clock.
The design of the new Graham watch is completed by a black leather strap with red stitches. The issue of the model is limited to 200 pieces.
