The
Incursore Power Reserve DLC watch, introduced by the illustrious watchmaker
Glycine, is a worthy successor of the Incursore Power Reserve watch released in 2006.
This horological creation is clothed in an appealing case, coated with DLC treatment (DLC stands for “Diamond-Like-Carbon”). Due to this peculiar substance, the
satin steel case acquires elegant, anthracite colored look. Besides, the DLC treatment makes the case extremely resistant. This compound is several times harder than steel.
As its name suggests, the
new Glycine watch is equipped with the power reserve display presented at 6 o’clock. When the hand of this display rests in the middle of the green area, it means the watch has reached the best power values. In case the hand is on the red area, the timepiece needs to be moved.
The design of the Incursore Power Reserve DLC watch evokes a speedometer in a car. The dial is equipped with a minute-circle, which indicates each second separately similar to the speed on the instrument panel. This impression is further elevated by the purity of the display as well as luminescent elements applied to the numbers and the power reserve indicator.
Characterized by remarkable clarity, legibility, precision and resistance, the
Glycine Incursore Power Reserve DLC watch has been issued in a
limited series of 300 items.
