The new Glycine watch is proposed with a 43 mm stainless steel case. Its water-resistance is assured down to 100 meters. The steel case-back is embossed with an engraving of the plane which gave its name to the model - a Boeing Supersonic Transport (SST).
The case is outlined by an orange 24-hour rotating bezel. It securely holds a domed sapphire crystal. Beneath this glass there is a black or graded blue dial. The 24-hour watch comes equipped with two time zones.
The GMT version of the new Glycine Airman SST Chronograph watch displays three time zones. The chronograph counters are found at 6, 9 and 12 o’clock. Animating the functions is an ETA 7754 movement.
The new Glycine watch is accompanied by a leather strap. The timepiece is available for purchase together with a book "Glycine Airman - a 24 hour timeline of flight", which tells the story behind it.
