Bertolucci Reveals Elegant Giro Watch

Bertolucci is delighted to announce its latest Giro watch, which demonstrates its character, cast in the brand’s elegant style. A true incarnation of quiet understatement, this model comes with the iconic round-shaped case, graced with a touch of distinction. The watch case is fitted with a loop-shaped bezel, rendered in 18-carat pink gold. Its surface resembles ripples, produced by a pebble, dropped into water.

The model, which accommodates an automatic movement, exposes a skeleton back, fitted with a sapphire crystal, which shows off fascinating details of the movement. The self-winding chronograph, meanwhile, is equipped with a revolutionary feature: the hand of the sub-dial, located at 6 o’clock is substituted with a rotating disc, indicating the hours.

Ticking inside the model in question is the self-winding ETA 13 1/4 7753 movement. Its functionality includes hours, minutes, seconds, date and chronograph. The case of the Bertolucci watch is sculptured in (18K) 5N pink gold and measures 42 mm in diameter. The case is fitted with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal on the dial-side. It also features a screw-down sapphire case-back.

The dial, performed in white, silver or opaline, is embellished with vertical and snailed patterns. It is completed with pink gold-finished hands, traveling over applique pink gold-plated hour-markers. The dial is also equipped with a rotating disc, coated with a white Superluminova compound. The watch face demonstrates hour, minute and small seconds sub-dials, nestled at 6, 3 and 9 o’clock correspondingly. The date aperture is located at 4.30.
