An epitome of unique elegance, the new Girard-Perregaux watch is delivered in a 43mm case, rendered in a clever combination of materials. Its middle part is done in titanium oxide. The case carries a ceramic bezel.
The internal protective container and the case-back are made of titanium. The chronograph push-pieces at 2 and 4 o’clock as well as the crowns at 3 and 9 o’clock employed vulcanized rubber in their manufacturing.
The back side of the new Girard-Perregaux ww.tc Only Watch 2011 watch features a tinted sapphire crystal, secured by 6 screws. The water-resistance of the case is assured down to 100 meters.
Inside the model is hidden a self-winding mechanical Girard-Perregaux GP03387 movement. Paved with 63 jewels, it beats to the rhythm of 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a 46-hour power reserve. The caliber breathes life into a set of features displayed on the black and white dial.
Equipped with white Arabic numerals, the dial of the new Girard-Perregaux ww.tc Only Watch 2011 watch indicates central hours and minutes. Additionally, it offers a world time function with a day/night indicator.
The small seconds are shown in a counter at 3 o’clock. The fly-back chronograph features are assured through a 30-minute sub-dial at 9 o’clock, 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock as well as a central seconds hand. The date indication appears in an aperture between 1 and 2 o’clock.
The new Girard-Perregaux watch is attached to a black rubber strap. It is fastened to the wearer’s wrist with a folding clasp in black DLC titanium.
