Oct 17, 2011
Girard-Perregaux has great pleasure in presenting its new 1966 Chronographe Cadran Bleu watch.

Elegant and functional, the new Girard-Perregaux watch is set in a 40mm white gold case. Its front side is protected by an anti-glare sapphire crystal. The sapphire glass is also used for the case-back. The water-resistance of the model is assured down to 30 meters.

The new Girard-Perregaux 1966 Chronographe Cadran Bleu watch comes equipped with a blue dial. It whispers the time through central hours and minutes. The small seconds are assured in a counter at 9 oclock.

The chronograph functions are presented through a 30-minute counter at 3 oclock and a central seconds hand. Driving the functions is a self-winding mechanical movement, composed of 338 individual parts. Paved with 38 rubies, it runs at the rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour and allows for a 36-hour power reserve.

The new Girard-Perregaux watch is coupled with a dark-toned leather strap.
