Raymond Weil Freelancer Date Chronograph New Variation

Aug 19, 2009
Raymond Weil has created its highly successful Freelancer Date Chronograph watch in a new interpretation with a case sculptured in 18K pink gold.

Many of the design details of the new Freelancer Chronograph have been inherited from the model in steel. The pink gold case construction, 42mm in diameter, incorporates classical chronograph pushers and sleekly angled lugs.

The new Raymond Weil Freelancer guarantees precision timekeeping and reliability, being equipped with a 25-jewel Swiss ETA automatic movement. The movement, with a balance frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, provides 46 hours of power reserve.

The movement drives the chronograph function presented via central chronograph seconds hand, and sub-dials for featuring hours and minutes. It also provides a display for both day of the week and date that are easily set with help of the winding crown. These two functions are featured with help of a 3-day date and day windows at 3 oclock.

The movement with its circular graining decoration is revealed through a sapphire crystal exhibition case back.

The black dial of the timepiece
is completed with polished and faceted hour markers. At 9 oclock, you will notice the small seconds sub-dial framed by a polished applique held by a screw. The dial is protected by a convex sapphire crystal.

The Raymond Weil Freelancer Pink Gold Date Chronograph watch boasts 100-meter water-resistance. The timepiece is coupled with a saddle-stitched alligator leather strap fitted with a deployant clasp with dual-push security elements keeps the timepiece securely fastened.
