The new Festina watch is executed in a 48mm stainless steel case. It is 15mm thick. The case is topped by a charismatic fixed bezel, with elements evoking the links of a bicycle chain. The bezel is fitted with Arabic numerals. The top of the model is covered by a mineral crystal. The case is 100-meter water-resistant.
The new Festina Men’s Tour de France Chrono Bike 2011 watch comes equipped with a function-packed dial. It features a black outer rim and a central part in light blue, dark blue, orange, yellow, green, purple, silver or black. The temporal indications are extremely readable due to lume-applied hour-markers and hands. The display ensures central hours and minutes. The counter at the 9 o’clock position registers small seconds.
The chronograph features are assured through a 1/10 second sub-dial at 12 o’clock, a 60-minute counter at 6 o’clock, as well as a central seconds hand. The design of all sub-dials brings to mind gears on a bicycle. The date indication is arranged in a round aperture between 3 and 4 o’clock. Giving life to the functions is a Japanese Miyota 6S10 quartz movement.
A stainless steel bracelet completes the features of the new Festina men’s watch. Alternatively, it can be mounted on a black rubber strap.
