A particular highlight of this timepiece is represented by the Dual-Wing movement concept, already mentioned above. It is characterized by utilizing two independent power supplies. The second power supply is meant for displaying the time, animating hour, minutes and seconds hands, along with the date and the age of the moon for the Northern and Southern hemisphere. Both power supplies are synchronized through the escapement-driven jumping seconds hand mechanism.
