DeWitt Special Edition Watch for MILK Charity

DeWitt is pleased to announce it is taking part in The MILK (Mainly I Love Kids) Charity Dinner. The event is to be organized on October 25th, 2010 at Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore.

During the dinner, DeWitt will unveil its special edition Blackstream Triple Complication GMT3 watch, a member of the brand’s iconic Academia Collection. The one-of-a-kind timepiece will be auctioned during the event and the proceeds from its sale will be donated to support disabled children from disadvantaged families and communities.

The DeWitt Blackstream Triple Complication GMT3 watch joined the collection in 2010. The timepiece makes one feel its dynamic masculinity and boasts a black and streamlined design that got inspiration from the aviation world.

The hours counter found in the lower part of the face makes one think of the cockpit of a plane. You will notice two aerodynamic “radiator-grilles” featured at 3 and 9 o’clock – these elements have also been inspired by the world of speed and mechanics.

For the special edition watch, the brand’s watchmakers have customized the second time-zone indication – now it is presented in bright yellow. The case-back of the timepiece reveals the MILK logo, also in yellow, along with the signature of Mr. de Witt.

The winner of the auction will receive the unique DeWitt Blackstream Triple Complication GMT3 for MILK watch in an elegant watchcase customized with the MILK logo.
