Meet Concord C2 Chronograph Watch

At Baselworld 2011, Concord presented its new timepiece - the C2 Chronograph watch that has maintained the trademark features of the brand, yet demonstrates its own distinctive identity.

The 43mm case of the Concord C2 watch is sculptured in stainless steel with black PVD coating. If compared to the Concord C1 case, it is much thinner- 12.75 mm in depth. Fitted with a screw-in case-back, the case-construction is 100-meter water-resistant.

It accommodates an ETA Caliber 2894-2, a 37-jewel mechanical automatic movement, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and offering a 42-hour power-reserve. It animates the following functions - hours, minutes, seconds, date and chronograph.

The face of the new Concord watch is shielded by a 2 mm thick sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment. The multi-level dial provides supreme readability due to the luminescent inserts on the hands and hour-markers. The red chronograph sweep seconds hand echoes the red links of the rubber strap.

The chronograph counters located at 6 and 9 o’clock are counter-balanced by the rotating small seconds disk at 3 o’clock. The date window is found at 6 o’clock.

The black vulcanized rubber strap is equipped with a folding clasp in black PVD-treated stainless steel.

The Concord C2 Chronograph watch has been created in different variations, including lady’s models. The timepiece is expected to be available at quite affordable prices.
