Wenger Masculine Commando WPER Watch

Jan 06, 2010
The famous watchmaking house Wenger has pledged its support to the Patagonian Expedition Race, which is to be conducted in one of the most remote spots of the globe. To mark the event, the brand has also launched its novel Commando WPER watch. The abbreviation, included into the models name, means Wenger Patagonian Expedition Race.

Inside the masculine Wenger watch is a quartz movement. It animates a range of functions, including hours, minutes, seconds, date, as well as those of chronograph and tachometer.

The new Commando WPER watch is available with a 42 mm case, manufactured from black PVD-treated 316L steel. It is assembled with a mineral glass, which features special coating on its surface. The watch case-back is marked with the Wenger Patagonian Expedition Race logo.

The new Wenger chronograph watch demonstrates a black dial, equipped with white hands, sub-dials and hour markers. The hands and hour-markers are coated with Superluminova, which ensures a good level of darkness visibility. Hour, minute and small seconds sub-dials are nestled at 6, 9 and 3 oclock correspondingly. The date aperture is positioned at 4 oclock.

The impressive Wenger Commando WPER watch, reviewed by Watches.InfoNIAC.com, provides 100-meter water-resistance. It is mounted on a black rubber strap.
