Hermes has delivered its enthusiastic Clipper H1 watch. With its character cast in a sportive, yet extremely elegant style, this timepiece is specially reserved for dynamic individuals, who prefer to live life to its fullest.
The Hermes watch immediately captures attention by its imposing 43.50 mm case, decked out in stainless steel. It proudly exposes screwed-in horns as well as a unidirectional notched rotating bezel.
The last-mentioned element holds in place the anti-glare sapphire crystal. The case-back is equipped with the same glass. The water-resistance of the Hermes watch is down to 100 meters.
The reliability of the timepiece is assured by the self-winding Hermes H1 big date calibre movement, developed by Vaucher Manufacture. Incorporating 28 jewels, this mechanism beats to the rhythm of 28, 800 vibrations per hour. Integrated into the movement is a series-coupled twin barrel, which ensures a 50-hour power reserve.
The Clipper watch offers the indications of hours, minutes, seconds as well as that of large date. These functions are immediate and clear on the dial, performed in anthracite, white or etoupe. It is completed with applied hour-markers. Gliding over them are the imposing hands, covered with Superluminova to optimize night time reading. The date is shown in the double exhibition window, positioned at 6 o’clock.
The Hermes watch will pleasantly surprise customers with a variety of materials, employed in the manufacturing of its straps. The timekeeper is mounted on a black or natural barenia calfskin or the smooth etoupe calfskin strap.
The potential buyer can also decide on a matt black or a Havana alligator leather strap. To cater for all tastes, the new Hermes watch can be presented on a steel bracelet, fitted with a folding clasp.
