On the occasion of its 120th birthday, the Doxa brand has released its Chateau des Monts Limited Edition watch, which is a new interpretation of the model, issued back in the 1920s. This novel version is devoted to the famous Chateau des Monts in Le Locle.

The point is that this luxurious building has been a symbol of the brand since the day of its foundation, as its creator, Georges Ducommun, lived there during a long period of time. The new timepiece has been launched in two series as a limited edition of 120 items each.

The Chateau des Monts Limited Edition watch relies on a manually-wound movement, embellished in the ateliers of the Doxa manufacture. This movement provides the functions of indicating hours, minutes and seconds.

Doxa watch, reviewed by, features a stainless steel case, which is assembled with an anti-reflective curved sapphire crystal. This timekeeper reveals an engraved, individually-numbered see-through case-back, equipped with a hinged cover.

The case embraces a dial, performed in black, ivory or white. It is completed with white or blue hands, hour markers, as well as a small seconds sub-dial, located at 9 oclock.

The novel Doxa Chateau des Monts Limited Edition watch comes with a black or brown leather strap, fitted with a buckle.
