Mar 31, 2011
Casio is pleased to offer its new Oceanus OCW-T1000D watch. It is equipped with the brand’s “Smart Access” system, which assures easy use of multiple functions.

Distinguished by refined, sporty European design, the new Casio watch is proposed with a 47.4mm x 45.1mm x 12mm case. It is fully fashioned from titanium. The case was subject to titanium-carbide processing to lend it a high level of scratch resistance.

The timepiece body joins to a metal bracelet, which underwent Sallaz polishing in order to acquire a lustrous finish. The winding crown at 3 o’clock reveals a synthetic sapphire engraved with the Oceanus logo. The user can also push the crown like a button to switch easily between functions. The water-resistance of the case is assured down to 10 bars.

The new Casio Oceanus OCW-T1000D watch shows off a black dial. It reveals deep metallic blue counters, which bring to mind the image of ocean.

The functions, displayed on the dial, include two home times to be set from the times of 29 cities, 1/20-second stopwatch, countdown timer, alarm, automatic hand correction, battery recharge warning as well as date and day of the week display.

The new Casio Oceanus OCW-T1000D watch accommodates a Tough Solar power system. It supplies an 18-month power reserve with the power-saving function – “ON after full charge”
