The new Casio watch employs a round-shaped ultra-tough stainless steel case, offered in a wide range of colors. It measures 41mm in diameter and is 14.4mm thick.
Functional and durable, the model is offered in several interpretations. Thus, the first Casio GMN692-5 model boasts an appealing union of a chocolate-colored bracelet and two-tone pink dial. The second GMN691-7B version demonstrates a white band and pink face with a neutral digital display. The third GMN691G-1 watch, the most conservative in its character, is equipped with a black band and yellow display.
Each new Casio G-Shock Mini 9600 watch provides a world time function, which includes 29 time zones and 48 cities. It also offers four daily alarms and one snooze alarm; a countdown timer and a 1/100 second stopwatch function, meant for measuring elapsed time, split time and 1st-2nd place times. Moreover, the model is endowed with a full auto calendar, which doesn’t require any correction until the year 2099.
The extra legibility of the model is ensured by an electro luminescent backlight with afterglow. Driving all the functions is a Japanese quartz chronograph movement. It is powered by a 3-year battery.
