TAG Heuer Presents Carrera Ring Master Watches

Oct 03, 2011
TAG Heuer introduces its Carrera Ring Master watches aimed exclusively at Japan. The series includes three Carrera Calibre 16 Chronograph watches that stand out due to their inner-bezels that are presented in three different colors.

The new TAG Heuer watches have been inspired by a stop-watch that dates back to 1957. The model was provided with interchangeable differently colored rings, each featuring a different scale. Each ring, with different time increments, was aimed at a specific sport.

The inner-bezel colors of the Carrera Ring Master watches have been suggested by the colors that embellish the helmets of Formula 1 World Champions:

  • with a red inner bezel devoted to Alain Prost, a limited edition of 350 pieces;

  • with a blue bezel devoted to Jenson Button, a limited edition of 500 pieces;

  • with a yellow bezel devoted to Lewis Hamilton, a limited edition of 500 pieces.

The TAG Heuer Carrera Ring Master watches are similar to the standard Calibre 16 Chronograph models, except for the colored bezels.

All three timepieces are 100-meter water-resistant and available at the price of 5, 500 US dollars.
