In 2009, Carl F. Bucherer is proud to unveil its first watch animated by its exclusive automatic calibre - CFB A1000 manufacture movement, initially introduced at Baselworld 2008. Moreover, the CFB A1000, beating inside the new timepiece, has incorporated a specially-elaborated functional module.

The outstanding watch, named Patravi EvoTec DayDate, is characterized by a range of innovative features, exclusive interior and beautiful exterior. The timepiece provides the following functions: hours, minutes, seconds, day and large date. The movement gives an advantage of a 55-hour power reserve.

Carl F. Bucherer is happy to unveil its new Alcaria Swan watch, devoted to numerous swans on the Lake Lucerne. The latter is located in the city of Lucerne, where the company was founded in 1888.

The new Carl F. Bucherer watch is interpreted in an 18K white gold case. It is sprinkled with 348 TW vvs diamonds, totaling to 3.30 carats. The model’s measurements are 26.5 mm x 38 mm x 7.4mm.

The top of the case is protected by a domed sapphire crystal with double-sided anti-reflective treatment. At 3 o’clock, the case features a diamond-set winding crown. The water-resistance of the case is assured down to 30 meters.

Bucherer watch captures the time with elegant tapered hour and minute hands. Highlighted with Superluminova, they ensure that the time can be easily read even in poor light conditions.

The model is also packed with an array of additional features, such as a precise chronograph, equipped with a flyback function; a perpetual calendar with a correction-free display of the date at 12 o’clock; the day of the week, indicated at 6 o’clock as well as the month and the leap year, presented at 9 o’clock. The counters mentioned feature inner and outer sections. The new Carl F. Bucherer watch comes packaged in a 38mm case, sculptured in 18-carat rose gold. Enclosed in the case is a silver-colored dial.

It is completed with wedge-shaped hour-markers and sword-shaped hands, also made of gold. The hours and minute hands are inlaid with Superluminova substance, which accentuates the readability of the indications. Alongside with hours and minutes, the face of the new Carl F.
