Carl F. Bucherer Creates Patravi EvoTec DayDate Watch

In 2009, Carl F. Bucherer is proud to unveil its first watch animated by its exclusive automatic calibre - CFB A1000 manufacture movement, initially introduced at Baselworld 2008. Moreover, the CFB A1000, beating inside the new timepiece, has incorporated a specially-elaborated functional module.

The outstanding watch, named Patravi EvoTec DayDate, is characterized by a range of innovative features, exclusive interior and beautiful exterior. The timepiece provides the following functions: hours, minutes, seconds, day and large date. The movement gives an advantage of a 55-hour power reserve.

The case of the Patravi EvoTec DayDate watch, reviewed by watches.infoniac.com, is crafted from steel or 18K pink gold, and measures 44 x 44.5 mm. The case construction incorporates a rubber bezel, a screw-down rubber crown, a sapphire crystal provided with anti-reflective treatment on both sides , as well as a sapphire case back that allows to rest ones eyes on the exclusive movement.

The elegant dial of the Carl F. Bucherer watch, created in black or brown, is completed with applied luminous hour markers and luminous skeleton hands.

The white small seconds counter is positioned at 6 oclock. You will notice the day and large date windows at 9 and 10.30 respectively. Overall, the face of the watch demonstrates great legibility.

The timepiece is 50-meter water-resistant.

The Carl F. Bucherer Patravi EvoTec DayDate is secured to the wrist on a black calfskin strap fitted with a folding clasp in steel or 18K pink gold.
