Mar 21, 2013
Bulova Accutron unveils its new Calibrator 65B148 watch. The novelty represents the first ever automatic timepiece that allows its owner personally tune its accuracy with help of the External Fine Adjustment System (EFAS).

To operate the system, the watch owner has to insert a key at the 9 o'clock position and get remarkable precision of 99.99% on average. The EFAS indication featured with a retrograde hand is found at 9 oclock opposite the date window at 3 oclock.

The 43 mm case of the new Bulova watch is sculptured in stainless steel and provided with elegant rose-gold PVD coating accents. The face of the watch is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal.

The black dial demonstrates the central part embellished with a "Clous de Paris" guilloché pattern and the ribbed outer segment. It is completed with rose-gold toned Arabic numerals and hands.

The timepiece is powered by an automatic mechanical 26-jewel movement - Sellita SW200. You can drop a glance at the inner life of the timepiece via the screw-down transparent case-back.

The new Bulova Calibrator 65B148 watch is coupled with a black leather strap equipped with a folding clasp with double pushers. The timepiece is 50-meter water-resistant.
