The face of the timepiece is shielded by a 3.3mm-thick glareproofed sapphire crystal. It will catch you glance by its gridwork pattern that overlaps the chronograph sub-dials positioned at 12 and 6 o'clock. It serves as an extra protective rampart for the mechanical movement beating inside the watch. The openworked lattice-work motif improves the visual depth of the watch, echoing the graphic design of the honeycombed dial.
The dial design reflects a well-balanced geometrical order created with help of two face-to-face pairs: 30-minute and 12- hour sub-dials and date and small seconds disks. The dial is completed with applied Superluminova-coated hour-markers and vigorous Concord hands. The blue accents contribute to the remarkable legibility of the dial.
The heart of the Concord C1 watch is a COSC-certified automatic chronograph movement. The 25-jewel movement, beating at the rate of 28, 800 vibrations per hour, offers an advantage of a 48-hour power reserve. The movement boasts a pure design, with the shadowy form of the black rotor and a Cotes-de-Geneve decorative motif. The peculiarities of the movement can be admired via the watch’s sapphire crystal case-back.
The new Concord C1 MecaTech chronograph watch is coupled with a black rubberized alligator strap equipped with a Concord deployment buckle.
