Meet Bulova Accutron Conqueror Watch

Dec 12, 2011
The house of Bulova presents its new Accutron Conqueror watch. The inspiration behind the novelty is the brand’s famous Lone Eagle timekeeper, which paid tribute to Colonel Charles A. Lindbergh’s solo non-stop flight across the Atlantic Ocean in 1927.

The new Bulova watch is delivered in an engraved tonneau-shaped case. It is crafted from stainless steel. The model is issued in a limited edition of 200 pieces.

Housed in the case is a white dial. It is completed with Arabic numerals as well as hour and minute hands, inlaid with luminous substance. The small seconds tick away in a counter at 3 o’clock. The chronograph features are presented through a 30-minute sub-dial at 9 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock as well as a central seconds hand.

Additionally, the face of the new Bulova Accutron Conqueror watch offers a date indication at 4.30 and a GMT function. The latter can be read off from the fourth central hand and a 24-hour scale, arrayed on the periphery of the dial.

Driving the functions is a Swiss made automatic Dubois-Depraz 31340 movement, officially certified as a chronometer by the COSC.

The new Bulova watch is coupled with a brown leather strap.
