An expression of deep respect to the veterans of all wars, the novelty is delivered in a 44mm tonneau-shaped case. Its thickness is 16.95mm. The new Breitling watch is crafted from polished and satin-finished stainless steel. The case is offset by a round-shaped bezel, produced from the same material.
On its front side the model is assembled with a sapphire crystal, glare-proofed on both sides. The back part of the case is solid and bears a “United We Stand” engraving. The watch provides 500-meter water-resistance.
Housed in the case is a black and white dial, touched with colorful nuances. Its readability is ensured by the inclusion of luminous substance into applied hour-markers and hands. The display indicates central hours and minutes. The small seconds tick away in a counter at 9 o’clock.
The chronograph features are presented through a 30-minute sub-dial at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock as well as a central seconds hand. The date indication appears in an aperture between 4 and 5 o’clock. Completing the range of the useful functions is a tachymeter scale, featured on the extremity of the dial.
The new Breitling American Tribute Limited Edition watch is powered by a Swiss made in-house manufactured automatic Breitling Caliber 01 (B01) movement, certified as a chronometer by the COSC. Built on 47 jewels, it operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and allows for a 70-hour power reserve.
Offered in a limited edition of 50 pieces, the new Breitling watch comes fitted with a stainless steel pilot bracelet.
