Breitling Airwolf Limited Edition Watch - Tribute to Naval Aviation

Mar 21, 2011
To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Naval Aviation, the timepiece maker Breitling has released its new Airwolf Limited Edition watch.

The new Breitling watch employs an imposing case with a turbine-shaped back part. The case is outlined by a rotating navigational bezel. It is also equipped with a NVG-compatible display backlighting system, which assures a high level of night-time readability.

Inside the case is hidden a great ETA Superquartz multifunction movement. It brings to life an array of useful functions, used by pilots: an alarm, count-down, second time-zone with an independent alarm, 1/100th of a second chronograph with split times, UTC and a perpetual calendar. The measured times are read off on a black dial.

The new Breitling Airwolf Limited Edition watch is issued in a series of 500 pieces.
