Discover Breguet Marine GMT Watch

Sep 13, 2012
The Breguet Marine collection welcomes the new Marine GMT watch created as a faithful timekeeping companion for frequent travelers. The timepiece is available in two variations with a steel or 18K rose gold case.

The timezone function is presented with help of two central hands. The reference time is shown with help of the chapter ring at 6 o'clock, along with the date. The 24-hour dial is found at 2 oclock. The reference time hours and the second timezone time hours are easily differentiated using Roman and Arabic numerals.

The 42-mm-in-diameter case incorporates welded lugs with screw bars and features fine fluting on the case-band. The face of the new Breguet watch is protected by a sapphire crystal. The crown is protected by special guards. The case is coupled with a black rubber strap. The case-construction is 100-meter water-resistant.

The dial of the new Breguet watch is engine-turned by hand in a wave pattern on silvered gold for the steel variation and on blackened rhodium for rose gold variation.

The Breguet Marine GMT watch is animated by a self-mechanical movement Calibre 517F. The 28-jewel movement, beating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, offers 72 hours of power-reserve. The mechanism is visible via the sapphire crystal case-back.
