Ulysse Nardin Black Sea Watch - Powerful and Avant-Gardist

Jul 20, 2012
Lets welcome the Ulysse Nardin Black Sea watch created for those who love aquatic sports. The novelty that joins the Marine Diver collection pays tribute to the brands nautical legacy in the world of watchmaking.

The stainless steel 45.8mm case of the new Ulysse Nardin watch has been subjected to a sophisticated vulcanization process. As a result, it demonstrates a matte-black rubber coating that enhances the watchs sporty look and provides supreme comfort on the wrist.

The case incorporates a screw-down security crown and a unidirectional rotating bezel featuring a diving scale and embellished with a wave pattern. The case-construction is 200-meter water-resistant.

The see-through case-back allows to drop a glance at the self-winding movement beating inside - Caliber UN-26. The 28-jewel movement gives an advantage of a 42-hour power-reserve.

The black structured strap and dial are also decorated with a wave motif. The dial of the Black Sea watch provides perfect legibility under any light conditions - its hour markers and the hour and minute hands are coated with yellow luminescent material.

You will notice a power-reserve indicator positioned at 12 oclock. The oversized small seconds register and date display are featured at 6 oclock. The dial is shielded by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal.

The rubber strap of the new Ulysse Nardin Black Sea watch incorporates two ceramic components and is equipped with an exclusive black ceramic folding clasp.
