Meet New Benzinger Boutique Collection

May 26, 2010
Jochen Benzinger, Hermann Grieb and Georg Bartkowiak have recently introduced into the world of watchmaking the exclusive Grieb & Benzinger Platinum luxury watches powered by historical movements.

Within a short period of time, these models have become coveted objects for collectors. Their production will be restricted to a maximum output of 10 pieces per year.

The novel watches are distinguished by hand-skeletonized movements, genuine hand-guilloche dials, as well as a stunning position of the hour and minute displays above the dial.

The Coffee Blossom watch, which belongs to the Benzinger Boutique Collection, accommodates a completely skeletonized movement, engraved and engine-turned by hand. It is enclosed in an 18K white gold case, measuring 42 mm in diameter. The case boasts a bezel, illuminated by the play of scintillating diamonds.

The sophisticated timekeeping companion is mounted on a leather strap.

The collection also includes the White Dragon watch, adorned with a white mother-of-pearl dial. The display proudly reveals a hand-created and applied dragon. This model relies on a hand-skeletonized movement embellished with sparkling diamonds.

The entire mechanism is inserted in a 42 mm case, rendered in 18K white gold. Keeping this timepiece secured to the wearers wrist is a white leather strap.

Every watch from the Benzinger Boutique Collection creates a striking balance between conventional watchmaking technology and charismatic design.
