The new Breitling watch boasts supreme water-resistance - to the depth of 3,000 meters (10,000 ft, 300 bars). The ergonomic case, 45mm in diameter, is rendered in black steel provided by a highly resistant carbon-based treatment. The model catches the glance by the distinctive yellow accents - the seconds hand, the inner bezel, and the ‘Automatic’ inscription on the dial are presented in yellow.
The case construction incorporates a unidirectional ratcheted rotating bezel and a big screw-locked crown offering comfortable non-slip grip and protected by substantial lateral reinforcements. It is also built with a security valve used to balance out the differences between the exterior and interior of the case.
The volcano black dial features the time with help of oversized hands and large luminescent accents. The original stencil-type Arabic numerals hint at the brand’s aeronautical vocation. The dial is shielded by a thick cambered sapphire crystal glare-proofed on both sides.
The diver’s watch is animated by a mechanical self-winding 25-jewel movement - Breitling Caliber 17, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The reliability of the mechanism is guaranteed by the official COSC-chronometer certification.
The new Breitling Avenger Seawolf Blacksteel Code Yellow watch is secured to the wrist on an ultra sporty rubber strap.
