Devoted to the Carlson Boutique in Hong Kong, the watch has been named after the first road in Hong Kong. The latter was built by the government of Hong Kong within the period from 1841 to 1843.
Audemars Piguet’s Carlson Boutique, the brand’s flagship store, can be found at Queen’s Road Central, one of the four sections the aforementioned road consists of. Its other parts are Queen's Road West, Queensway and Queen's Road East.

The case of the Audemars Piguet watch is manufactured from titanium, a stainless, light and extremely resistant metal. It is fitted with a black rubber crown and pushers.
The case houses a dial, exposing a black “Mega Tapisserie” pattern, as well as red numerals. The case-back of the watch features a special “Queen’s Road” engraving.
The watch, reviewed by Watches.InfoNIAC.com, accommodates the calibre 3126/3840 movement, which offers the functions of hours and minutes, small seconds, a chronograph with a central seconds hand, 30-minute and 12-hour sub-dials, a tachometric scale around the flange, as well as that of the date.
The water-resistance of the sophisticated watch is down to 100 meters.
