The chief attribute of the new Ateliers deMonaco watch is the brand's innovative patented EaZy adjust system, which enables the user to set an array of useful functions with one simple push of the crown. Alongside with indicating hours and minutes, the model displays date, day, week, month and leap year.
All the features are presented on the multi-layered titanium-tinted dial. On its base, it exposes a deep sunray pattern. The dial catches the eye with oversized Roman numerals. Taking care of hours and minutes are skeletonized 18K white gold hands.
The display of the new Ateliers deMonaco Quantieme Perpetual watch also offers the date indication in a double aperture at 12 o’clock. The day and the month are shown at 3 and 9 o’clock respectively. The retrograde EaZy adjust function is proposed at 6 o’clock.
All the features are brought to life by a self-winding movement. It incorporates a hand-engraved bi-colored solid gold 18K rotor and a silicium escape wheel. The mechanism operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
The caliber finds its natural home in a 31-part case, brushed, polished and assembled by hand. It measures 43 mm in diameter and 13.1 mm in height. The core of the case is sculptured from ultra light titanium. The side panels, meanwhile, are crafted from 18K rose gold.
On its front side, the case features a sapphire crystal, treated with multi-layered anti-glare coating. Transparent and engraved by hand, its back side is secured by 4 gold screws. The water-resistance of the model is assured down to 3 atm.
The new Ateliers deMonaco watch is mounted on a hand-stitched alligator leather strap, which joins to an 18K gold folding buckle.
