Following the remarkable success of the L06 and L07 limited edition watches, Armand Nicolet has proudly unveiled its new LS8. The timepiece will be available in a limited number of 600 pieces.
The new timepiece accommodates a hand-wind mechanical movement - Calibre AN0711S. The 127-component movement, based on the highly-respected Swiss mechanical tradition, offers innovative technological characteristics. It has been constructed using original components from 1957. Thus, the limited number of timepieces is explained by the limited quantity of original 1957 components, still available at the Armand Nicolet factory.
The 18-jewel caliber is beating at 18,000 vibrations per hour. It provides hours, minutes and small seconds. This skeletonized mechanical beauty may be admired through the watch’s dial. The movement reveals fine “Cote-de-Geneve” finishing and is adorned by “Perlage” and polished blue screws. The gold engravings on the movement show the reference number of every timepiece.
The movement gives an advantage of a 36-hour power-reserve.
The dial demonstrates applied indexes and diamond cut “dots.” It is protected by a sapphire crystal with antiglare treatment on both sides.
The case of the Armand Nicolet LS8 watch, 43mm in diameter, is crafted from 316 L stainless steel. The case construction boasts 50-meter water-resistance.
The exclusive Armand Nicolet watch is secured to the wrist on an alligator leather strap fitted with a stainless steel buckle.
