The main difference is the movement. The Omega 2220.8 watch is equipped with a Swiss Automatic movement and is naturally more expensive - about $2,845, while the Omega 2221.8 is animated by a Swiss Quartz movement and is available at $1,789. The design of the timepieces looks the same.
