The new timepieces demonstrate most trendy colors: Orange Sunset, a warm color that will make you think of a sunset on the beach, Yellowtail, a bright yellow color inspired by that of diving bottles, Black Ocean, a black felt at the depths of the ocean, and Cote d'Azur, a clear blue color of the Mediterranean Sea.

The black PVD steel case measures 48mm diameter. The case construction incorporates a unidirectional rotating bezel completed with a luminous minute scale, with a luminous triangle marker at 12 o’clock. The bezel is used for measuring elapsed time in minutes for the initial fifteen minutes and in ten-minute segments afterwards.
At 10 o'clock you will notice an automatic helium escape valve, a great advantage of a diver’s watch. The escape valve, used during the decompression stop, reliably protects the movement of the Alpina watch, keeping it away from helium atoms that can penetrate into the case, and then expand and damage the timepiece.
The black dial is characterized by perfect readability highly demanded by professional divers. It features the signature triangle pattern in the centre. It is completed with Arabic numerals, hands and applied indexes, coated with SuperLuminova and in the color reflecting the color of the watch version. At 3 o’clock, there is a halfmoon aperture for the date function.
The new Alpina Extreme Diver 1000 Meters watch is animated by an automatic movement, caliber AL-525. The movement offers a 42-hour power reserve. It incorporates a distinctive black Alpina oscillating weight. The sapphire crystal case back reveals the meticulous finishing of the movement.
The new Alpina watches are destined to become reliable timekeeping companions for professionals of the deep-seas.
