The sporty timepiece is created as a true racing machine, catching the glance by its “speedy red” details. The main central applique bordered by two red and white lines symbolizes a racing track. You will also notice thin red lines rushing out the back of the brand’s logo, reminding the back lights of a car speeding through the night.
The creators of the new DeWitt watch used Grade 5 Titanium for the 44 mm case, bezel, crown, clasp and even screws. The case demonstrates a vertical satin-brushed finishing, while the bezel is embellished with a circular satin-brushed finishing.
The DeWitt Academia watch features a harmonious union of hard and soft materials – there are small black rubber inserts between the columns on the case sides and on the bezel.

The Academia Quantieme Perpetuel Sport watch is animated by a self-winding mechanical movement. Operating at a frequency of 28, 800 vibrations per hour, the 29-jewel movement offers a 42-hour power-reserve. The sapphire crystal case-back reveals the beauty of the movement finishing and allows to see a fine DeWitt rotor, created in-house.
Also, a miniature “W” signature is to be found on the crown and the Grade 5 Titanium triple-blade folding clasp features a “W” shaped cover. Last but not least, just as any DeWitt watch, it is entirely assembled, adjusted and tested by a single master watchmaker, from A to Z.
The DeWitt Academia Quantieme Perpetuel Sport watch is secured to the wrist by a mat black alligator leather strap with double red stitching and fitted with a triple-blade folding clasp. The timepiece is 30-meter water-resistant. It will be available in a limited edition of 50 pieces.
