Meet A. Lange and Sohne Richard Lange Tourbillon Pour le Merite Handwerkskunst Watch
A. Lange & Sohne has released its new Richard Lange Tourbillon Pour le Merite Handwerkskunst watch - a unique cocktail of technical sophistication, elegant lines and high-end finishes.

The main assets of the new A. Lange & Sohne watch are a fusee-and-chain transmission and a tourbillon mechsnism, incorporated into the structure of the brands proprietary hand-wound calibre L072.1 movement. Largely embellished and assembled by hand, the latter is adjusted in five positions. Integrated within the movement are a three-quarter plate made of untreated German silver, and the fourth-wheel bridge, engraved by hand.

Composed of 636 parts, including the chain and 32 jewels, the caliber runs at the rate of 21,600 vibrations per hour and supplies a 36-hour power reserve. It also incorporates a shock-resistant Glucydur screw balance and a high-quality balance spring, produced in the brands workshops.
